Claimant says:
"Canceled our Direct TV and went with another service. They are saying that we have a cancellation charge of 260.00 because of leaving before our contract. The equipment (receivers)
were defective and had to get technicians all the time, while we were paying rent for these 3 receivers. We refuse to pay this fee and they told us that they will take us to court and we will lose.
During all these visits to our house, they caused some damage to different rooms, plus we have (2) dishes plus a dish holder on our roof that they refuse to take down. We will not pursue the damages as long as we do not have to pay the charges.
Date of disconnect was 7/13/16."
