Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"This is the second time that I go to wash my truck at this place. The machines were malfunctioning.The first time the machine didn't have soap and the second the high pressured water didn't work. Each time I deposited 5.00$ into the machine.I went to go complain to the guy at the cash registerand he said," I am not in charge of the car wash" but then he mentioned that they had marked what worked and what didn't work. He said he couldn't help me that I should do as I plaesed. I had to go pay a second time to go wash my truck somewhere else."

  • Thank you for bringing Mr. Rafael Alveraz issue to our attention. ConocoPhillips is committed to having all our independent operators provide a level of service that meets or exceeds the expectations of the customer. Because of this, we have an internal Consumer Services division that is staffed Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Central Standard Time. All locations receive stickers that contain our WE-CARE 800 number for the consumer to call for assistance. There is never a fee to our consumers for us to mediate on their behalf. Please provide Mr. Rafael Alvarez with our phone number, 800-527-5476 and we would be happy to assist in the resolution of his concerns.
