Claimant says:
"Don Farr is by far the worst movers I have ever had. They took 8.5 hours and I still was not done moving. Many things were broken because the boxes were dropped instead of set down. The movers piled my stuff in the basement instead of putting the boxes in the proper rooms. The boxes were marked. I am very disappointed in the company. When I called up to complain I was made to feel like it was my fault because I had so much stuff. Did I not hire them to move me? I thought I hired three men but what they sent me was three boys who had no idea how to move."

  • DON FARR WAS NOTIFIED OF THIS COMPLAINT VIA THIS SITE FOR RESOLUTION 8/12/11 & WAS RESPONDED TO THE SAME DAY INDICATING WE NEEDED HER COMPLETED CLAIM FORM BACK TO TAKE ANY ACTION, THE RESOLUTION WAS PENDING THE RECEIPT OF HER CLAIM FORM. CUSTOMER MOVED 6/8/11 IN WHICH CLAIM FORMS WERE MAILED FOR HER COMPLETION,ON 6/10/11 WE JUST RECEIVED THE CLAIM FORM ON 8/15/11WHICH CUSTOMER TOOK 2 MONTHS TO FILE. SHE FILED THIS COMPLAINT BEFORE FILING HER WRITTEN FORMAL CLAIM TO DON FARR MOVING WHICH NEVER SAID WE WOULD NOT RESOLVE IT WE WERE AWAITING HER COMPLETED CLAIM FORM. WE FOLLOWED THIS SITES GUIDELINES AND WERE NOT GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. THIS CLAIM WAS POSTED UNFAIRLY TO DON FARR MOVING. THIS CLAIM WILL BE SETTLED BY END OF AUGUST 2011.
