Claimant says:
"had 3 plastic surgeries done and neck and face is disfigured, plus
Surgery number 1 left me with lumps on my neck and did not take care on the ones. I had on my jaw lines. Plus I have a scar around the bottom of my left side on nose and which looks like pin holes down across the bottom I
Surgery number 2 , left me with a large scar under my jaw and scare down the front of my neck , that surgery did nothing to correct the problem he was trying to correct only made matters worse. I have a LARGE T scar on my neck which got infected.and took a very long time to heal
Surgery number 3 disfigured my left jaw line as well as neck. He was trying to remove the lumps on my neck ( ? ) ---right side
They are still there.
Along with a lump on my face above the jaw line and a lot of small bumps on the left side of my neck.

This is very noticeable and I do not feel comfortable leaving the house having people I know see me this way.
This has cost me nearly $21,000.00 and nearly that much to have it repaired by someone else.
I wrote to Dr Fezza and spoke to Dr Shoemaker ( the owner of - ( CENTER FOR SIGHT )
I told Dr Fezza that I thought that I should be compansated for the damages and he wrote back and said that we should end our relationship and Dr. and patient


I am not suppose to say or try to get compensated for the hearing loss which occurred during the first surgery in Nov. 2013.
The second surgery was in May of 2013,
June of 2013 I had to have a bionic hearing implant
The 3rd surgery was in Nov. of 2014, it was suppose to be a local but the Dr. Fezza changed his mind and did a general,
It was suppose to correct what the second surgery did not, as well as the first, I was again cut in front and back of both ears.
which I did not want because of the hearing implant and he also decided to do lazser around my eyes, which I did not want, I wanted the shots because of the implant.
NOW I have tinnittis and the hearing plant is useless because of the loud sounds and it stops the sounds I should be hearing from the implant.

NONE OF THE ABOVE ABOUT THE HEARING MATTERS, BECAUSE I HAVE TRIED TO GET RECOVERY FOR THAT WHICH TURNING TO DEAF EACH TO ALL OF THE LAWYERS BECAUSE THEY SAY THAT I CAN NOT PROVE THE DR. FEZZA DID IT.


FUNNY, I had hearing before they took me into the surgery room and did not have when I came out, plus I did not have tinnittis in Nov. 2024 when I went into surgery but when I came out I did.
BUT, all that does not matter, because there was not a Dr. that was there and said that Dr. Fezza did wrong..
It does not matter that I am left hearing impaired even with a hearing aid and a hearing implant, I still can not hear. To watch TV I have to wear ear phones, and to talk on the phone I have to use the speaker


So ALL I am asking for is to be compensated for the cost of the surgery, so that I can have this correct this by someone else, and try to get on with my life the best I can and not to feel like people are looking at my face and the lumps on my neck."
