"I have been going to this place for the past 4 years every thing is good till the last time went me and my wife for check up like usual on 10-2-2017 doctor gave us new prescriptions I decided to use my own frame and my cost for eye exam and lenses was $405 and my wife picked new glasses and her bill was $679.75 so I pd and they said 1 week we will call you,ok we called after 2 weeks WAS NOT READY THEN WENT BACK AFTER FEW DAYS MINE WERE OK the lenses were not cut good to fit the frame each time I want to clean the the lens come out in my hand ,my wif glasses were off a lot they put different lenses for her and the told her we will fix it and we will call you they did not call we called after 10 days so my wife went and they were wrong again so I disputed the charges with my credit card co and after 6 weeks they refunded me the money so i thought we are done with the doctors office till 2 weeks ago I got my credit card bill and I saw new charges again for the doctors office $679.75 so I called the c/c co and they said if i call the doctors office because they still have the glasses last week to pick up the glasses and still not done wright they told her come back so we can do another eye exam she went on 03-28-2018 then they wanted her to for eye exam again but she refused and took the glasses and left.this is bad service I spent over a $1000.for glasses bad customer service and I will never rcomend this office for any one they lie to customers."
