Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"After 20 days of purchasing a vehicle from Drive time the tramission light and engine light came on in the car. i had the car looked at and there is a bolt missing from the transmission and it is leaking tansmission fuel. I called and told them about the problem and called the warranty company and both places won't pay for everything that needs to be done to the car."

  • The cause of the leaking of transmission fuild is that there is a bolt missing from the bottom of the transmission I did advise drive time of this and they still did not want to do anything about it they keep telling me to call the warranty company and they don't want to pay for the car to be fixed they keep telling me that it is a service problem and they don't cover it
