"Feb 9,2017 INVOICE#8993 BAR#AC204269
I HAVE HAD MY OIL CHANGED ON MY 2011 IMPALA, AT EL CAMINO TIRES EVERY 3,000 MILES,(also my wife's suv), at the 48 CHARTER WAY, STOCKTON,CA SHOP. I WENT IN FOR THE REGULAR 3,000 MILES CHANGE AND WAS TOLD THAT THE OIL DRAIN PLUG NUT WAS STRIPPED AND A NEW ONE WOULD COST $10.00. I REMINDED THEM THAT THEIR SHOP STRIPPED IT they (made the prior oil changes). ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEIR MECHANICS. THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY.
THE ABOVE OIL DRAIN PLUG DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY THE USE OF A IMPROPER TOOL/SIZE.
I BELIVE I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR THE PART. AG
