Claimant says:
"On September 2,2016 we signed a contract with Father and Son Builders for an awning and they put it up on September 28. On the same day it was put up we had to call them back because the awning was leaking. We had them come out 4 different times and the problems got worse. I had to call them 11 times without a call back. Finally they called back and said the boss would come out. He came out and said he would fix the problem. He never came back. Again I had to call them and they would not answer the phone so I called from my cell phone and they answered the phone right away. After he said someone would call back and they never did. Again I called them 19 times before I got a response. The next guy who came out said the awning has to come down because it was put up wrong so I told him I want my money back and he told me no. So I called again on December 6 and he told me he would call back in a half hour and he never called back. I want my money back but they will not return my calls."

  • you have been out here 4 times and could not fix the awning so replace the panels maybe we will get lucky and u will finally fix the awing thanks for not returning the 12 phone calls we made on this matter u would think since sept 28 u would do something i am so sorry i let this company do the work never again if the awing still leaks I WANT MT MONEY BACK U GET 1 MORE CHANCE
