Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I parked my car with Airpark Parking Systems at 153-44 South Conduit Avenue Jamaica, NY 11434 on August 5, 2011, I returned on August 19, 2011 only to be told that I no longer had a car because there was a storm in NYC on Augustt 13, 2011 and all the cars parked in the area where my car was was totalled. After taking hours to get me my car keys and locate my car I was shocked to learn that my car was not at all on the Airpark lot but was parked about a third of a mile up the road at the JFK Inn. Since August 22, 2011, I have been going back and forth with the insurance company First Mercury Insurance Company Tel:312-660-5913, Fax: 248-357-5036 PO Box 5096 Southfield, MI 48086 who have been giving me the run around saying they don't believe they have any liability and is weighing thier legal options. Meanwhile I still have to pay my car note and my car insurance for a car that is totalled. The Calim number is 23838-1, date of documented loss August 14,2011, Policy # FMIL005067
