"I used Flat Rate Van Lines to move a one bedroom apartment to a storage about 5 miles away this move cost me $903.50 (From 4024 Warner Ave Landover Hills MD to 2929 Pennsy Dr Landover MD 20785)
They charged $20 for small cardboard boxes plus an extra $10 to use them (even though I was paying $79.00 an hour
i paid $79.00 for travel time that took 10 minutes plus they charge extra for fuel and credit card fee. They left before the time they charge me for. customer service was very poor and
they lied to me alot
i think this company is a rip off. please investigate their DOT# is 1973654 and MC# 698237
