Dear Larry,

We are sorry to hear that the arrangement delivered is not what you expected and thank you for sending us a photo so quickly. We have compared the photo with the requested recipe and have determined that the designers used regular size roses instead of the spray roses and unfortunately the arrangement appears to be made to the standard size instead of the deluxe. We apologize for the inconvenience and can refund the difference between the deluxe and standard sizes. Please confirm.

Really I think I should get a complete refund. What I ask for was not even close to what was delivered, there was not even a HAPPY BIRTHDAY mylar balloon with the order. I am completed dissatisfied with what you sent compared to what I ordered. There looks to be like 8 flowers in the vase...You have it in pictures, can't be any more clearer than that. In the future you should strive to make your customers happy....

This is not a good business practice. There are like only 8 flowers in a vase that should hold many more. The pics are worth a 1,000 words. And they do not show anywheres near what the bouquet should be..."
