"I dustin krueger went to fort madison comunity hospital roughly a year and a half ago on my own free will to get some help and answers i wanted to know if i had bugs on me or not my dr dr newton couldnt find what i was describing so he said he could give me a stronger medication it would be through a i v i had previously been given meds to get rid of the bugs or paricites from the walk in clinic at fmch so my visit with dr newton was a check up he was obviously concerened about my mental stability and called in dr.Ordonya the head of the phycatric who went through my phone when i was asleep from the medication they said they gave me wich i was told later that it was a placebo drug.Dr.ordonya then called my oldest daughter samantha and told her that i was there and my mom,myexwife,exmother in law and my other children jewelia 14 and zachary 12 he told jewelia that i was addicted to meth and she would be in charge of my meds he told all of them that i was addicted to meth and had mush brain he ordered a cat scan and told me that i would have to see him once a week or do impatent treatment he aslo told all that there were never any bugs and i had mush brain and if i did not comply that he would make my life hell my cat scan come back and my brain was fine and my organs were better than most my age since then my exwife had dhs watching me and my children dont listen to me because they think im crazy not to mention i live in a small town and word gets around now im paronoid and scared to go to the hospital i dont trust them and i have an outragest bill and my credit went to hell my friends and family dont treat me the same nor does anyone else not sure how to hadle this situation i went there looking for help without wanting any one to know and dr ordonya told everyone that had no problem using that information against me plus he went through my head with out my permission and brought up things i had tucked away and forgoten about and those thoughts are still bothering me he told me he was going to put me on 5or6 different meds and give me all the amphetamines i could do or take .i didnt want his drugs and refused to go see him my life has changed drastictly since my hospital visit not for the better either."

  • I got into some trouble and it had nothing to do with drugs or alcohol yet in the dhs report it states that a year and ahalf ago i went to the hospital and was in a meth induced coma why was that even stated in the report it has no relevance to the case yet that day i went to the hospital still haunts me .

  • i was prescribed some antibiotics that are very questionable for my leg it say only to prescribe when all others have not worked because the side effects are terrible including death.most of the side effects are whats going on in my head good thing i did not take those antibiotics prescribed to me. i gave them along with some others things i believe to be marijuana and some other illegal drug ive never seen.
    im sure they have it all documented bye now and know what every thing is in the container i gave them on my own free will.

  • Dr.ordonya asked me if i would luke to hear our conversation from the night before i said yes i would he then acted like he was trying to find it on his phone when who he said was his granddaughter called so he took that call instead of letting me lusten to our conversation the previous evening when he had me druged i dont think that it was his grand daughter who called so i will have to have all his phone records supeonod i beleave the call was at 1003 am but i could be wrong it was a long time ago i really dont think this is any of fmch s problem more of dr.ordonyas himself so i would wrather sue just him instead if however i have to sue both i will give fmch a large donation back to them trust me because i am an honest person
