Claimant says:
"When the technician (Daniel) came to my home for tje monthly pest control service (this was his fourth time doing this service) I did not walk around with him as I had done in the past. An hour or so later I discovered that he had taken my fitbit and the charging cord that was being charged on the bar counter. I called him, he denied seeing it. Then he calls back and offers me his wifes fitbit without a charging cord. I asked for mine to be returned/replaced when I reported the incident to his boss Andrew. They did nothing about it. Said it was hear say. They offered a different technician. I refused and cancelled my service with Frazier Pest Control along with my sister's service to her home since she had the same technician. The company is licensed (#PR5204), bonded and insured."
