Claimant says:

"The company called a couple of days after a hail storm hit my home on 03/02/2012 at 6AM. The salesman said he was offering a free roof inspection, and made a appointment for 03/07/2012, at 10 AM.When his truck pulled in Drive way He had a truck with a sign that said Free Inspections. He said he would look at my Roof and tell me if I had damage. When he got finished 15 minutes later He said I had a lot of damage. He came in the House and asked me to sign a contract. I said I wasn't signing anything.He said the contract made sure his boss knew he was at my house. I read the contract and it had a sentence that said ;
Therefore Homeowner agrees to work completion per the contract or pay 25 %OF TOTAL INSURANCE AMOUNT so I said I was not going too sign it so he put a ZERO IN THE home owners amt. section.; so I signed it. When the Insurance Adjuster came out to the House he came out also. The adjuster said just half the roof was damaged.so insurance was only paying half the Roof amount? I had another contractor come out and say for the money he would replace the whole Roof then the G N B Rep said I couldn't do that or He would get his 25% or $2000 first.or sue me. Now I am afraid of what might happned to my Roof? I had signed the Insurance check already for him.It is going to be hard to match the shingles they are 11 years old He wants $4500. TOO PUT ALL NEW SHINGLES ON the whole Roof."
