Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"PURCHASED TWO DRESSES FROM GIRL CRUSH BOUTIQUE. RETURNED THE DRESS WITHIN THERE TIMELY FILING LIMITS. VERY HARD TO CONTACT CANDICE JOHNSON THE BUYER OF THE FACILITY. ONCE I RECIEVED AND EMAIL STATING THERE WAS NO TRACKING NUMBER ON THE BOX SO IT WOULD TAKE LONGER TO LOCATE. I EMAILED THE TRACKING NUMBER. AGAIN I INTIATED THE CALL TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE DRESS I PAID FOR. I WAS TOLD THE POST OFFICE LOST IT, HOWEVER TRACKING STATED THE PACKAGE ARRIVED IN JAN. IT'S NOW APRIL I WAS TOLD BY VOICE THEY HAVE TRIED CONTACTING ME ON NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS THIS IS A LIE. SO FEBRURARY HAS COME AND GONE JUST AS APRIL WILL I STILL HAVE NO DRESS YET PAID FOR A DRESS. I STILL FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM ME. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONCE I TOLD THEM THIS THEIR REPLY WAS WE'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR SINCE 2011. THIS DID NOT RESOLVE MY ISSUE BY TELLING ME THIS. ALSO, THE GAVE ME A STORE CREDIT OF 20%. WHY WOULD I PURCHASE SOMETHING ELSE FROM YOU AND YOU HAVE NOT I REPEAT HAVE NOT SOLVED THE FIRST ISSUE. I WANT MY GOD DAM MONEY BACK TO HELL WITH YOUR POLICY ......"

    Ria,

    As per our conversation we let you know from our supplier that the dress would be back in production in 2-3 weeks. The production date has changed. We let you know that we will send a tracking number once the item shipped. The item has not shipped.We have many of customers and we normally return emails and phone calls within 3-4 days. If you need any other assistance contact us.

    This is now July 2015 I been dealing with this issue since January 2015. This is not looking good to me. I have yet to receive a tracking #. I was told this same information in may and that she promised to take care of this issue. I still have no dress....
