"We are an elderly couple who have unfortunately signed a sales contract with a very greedy builder. We are now trying to get our $40,000 back. GLHomes has not done anything since we signed the contract and they admit that they have not provided any service or product to warrant keeping our deposit. The only reason they have for keeping our money is the contract. We feel that this is very greedy and not fair. This was all of our savings and will never recover from this loss. The reason we are asking for the deposit back is because we cannot sell our homes with the pandemic and we are no longer in good health."

  • We signed this contract under duress and after being told by your sales associate that if we could not sell our homes that we would not lose our deposit money. your information here

  • We signed this contract on Jan 21, 2020 which was before the pandemic started. We would never have signed if we knew how the lockdown would affect our ability to sell our homes. Now one of our homes has been damaged in a storm and repairs are needed before it can be shown.
