Claimant says:
"On May 21, 2013 was involved in an auto accident with Timothy Hansen insured by Grange Insurance Company. The auto repairs came to $6500 the rental car $1330 both paid by the Grange Insurance. The car which now has been dramatically devalued because of the accident, Grange Insurance has not offered any compensation for this lose. The medical bills that resulted from the accident have not been paid as of January 28, 2014. The Grange Insurance Company has been given all medical bills and records associated with the accident totaling $6300, Grange was also given the lost income, out of pocket expenses totaling $4880 and pain & suffering of $4000. Grange Insurance made an offer of $500.00 on 7/12/2013, the same offer on 8/8/2013, increased the offer to $1000.00 on 8/12/2013, increased it again to $1200 on 8/22/2013. I heard nothing for weeks my personal insurance company hired ACS Recovery System to recovery their loses they issued a lien on the claim for $2126. On November 25, I was sent offer of $4290.24 this was to paid the lien $2126.24 with a $2164.00 to cover all the other loses. Grange Insurance has low balled this claim from the beginning; the losses to our family will well exceed $10,000.00 total offering $2164.00 is not acceptable. Timothy Hansen has paid Grange to cover him for this. I should not have to take him to court to get the settlement resolved."
