Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"WalMart has a third party service provider, HayNeedle who provides on-line product advanced through WalMart.  The company, HayNeedle advertised a product (blower fan), through WalMart.com, and I purchased the product which was processed and paid for on June 9th, 1017.  There was a delivery date of June 22, 2017 for the product advertised.  The product was needed for a major 4th of July celebration.  On June 19th I recieved a message that the product was delayed and would not be delivered until July 5th (one day post need).  I contacted the company on June 20, and asked why this had not even been processed in an order yet, and why this could not be processed and delivered by next day mail (as advertised on their site).  They told me that despite what was on the site, next day was not available and the soonest they could fulfil the order was today, and then deliver on July 5th. I told them I no longer needed the product given this level of service, and wrote a formal letter to WalMart corporate.   This caused great issues for me.  I then reached out to Target.com on line and ordered a comparable product which was delivered in one day (not charged for delivery).    Following this entire process on June 22nd I recieved another email from the company HayNeedle advising the product was now being ordered and shipped, but would not be recieved until the 17th of July, (a) already advised to cancel the order, and (b), 40 days after the original order was processed.  I have not heard back from my letter to WalMart.com."
