Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I had a hearing test with them and they ordered my hearing aid and called when it was ready. I went in and he put it in my ear and it didn't work. He said there is a problem with this I have to send it back and get a new one. He called me when the so called new one came in and I went there again and I could hear with it but when I got home it stopped working so I changed the battery , he had given me a pack of batteries for it. They didn't work for an hour so I had to take the hearing aid back again. He said I will give you another pack of batteries they may have sent the same hearing aid back and it isn't working. I took it and it lasted a few days and it wouldn't keep the battery up. I called and took the hearing aid back to him and informed him I was tired of coming there all the time and I didn't want the hearing aid that he had it more than I did He said let me send it back again I said no and I tried to leave it but they wouldn't let me. I came home packed everything he had given me in a case and sent it back with a letter that I did not want it so I sent it from the post office and had him sign for it. I called him a week later and he said come on in and I will see that it works I said no. I called my visa co. and had them file a dispute and I called a lawyer that I am waiting to hear from. The man said you are not getting your money back $ 1,195.00 I said well I had 30 days to return them twice and I did and there is also a 2 year warranty . He said this doesn't come under the warranty."

  • they are ignoring me ,, he left a message on my answering machine to come in and sign some papers but he didn't say what they were for so I didn't call him back I have not heard from the Better Business Bureau but I have a lawyer working on this matter
