Claimant says:
"On June 21, 2016. I had the above company to put a roof on my house. Three days after the roof was installed it rained in my laundry room. I called the contractor and Louis Hernandez the person he hired to installed the shingles on the roof. Louis came out and put 3 nails on the side of the house. He inform me that he told the contractor William Markham that he needed to put some material under the shingles of the roof. Louis said William told him to fix/leave it as is, all I want to do is get paid. When it rains it leaks in my Laundry room. I have called him 6 or more times since January 3rd. He told me he would be out numerous times to take care of the roof but never showed up. I called the owner James Manning (919) 268-7925 I told him that I had been calling William about the leak and explained the problem that I was having. He then informed me that he would personally come out the next day between 1 & 2 pm. He didn't show up or call. can you please help me with this matter."

  • This is James manning the owner of heritage roofing and I want this resolved fast as possible and for Mary anytime you hire somebody else to work on your roof it terminates your 10 year contract with us she had a tree fall on her house and had somebody else come work on it so I want this took down for slandering my company this is not business like thanks

  • That is not true I have proof that they put new shingles on top of the old roof on my back small room. I have pictures showing that they never removed the old roof and old rotten plywood and had the nerve to put new plywood over old shingles and rotten plywood. I have proof from other roofing company It do not stop here.

  • How do u put new wood over top of old shingles that don't even make sense and you still had somebody else come work on the roof so that voids your warrenty with us

  • What was i suppose to do.You did not respond to my calls nor did you show up .So I should let it continue to rain in my house. My ceiling is still missed up. I don't think so.However I said I had proof I did not say someone fixed it but it will get fixed. And yes there is two roof on that room the old one and the new one.your worker took the short cut.Have a good day!
