Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have prepay the car on 7/11/2016 for 9/ 3 to 9/10/ 2016 220.97$ with American express thru priceline.com , but when 9/3/2016 I com to pick up they said they have no car I paid for available then they give bigger car , I have no choice I take it . when 9/10/2016 I return the car they charge me 196.88$ for upgrade , I call priceline.com customer service they tell me that according the policy between hertz and the priceline.com if the hertz have no car the customer paid for available at the time pick up they have to upgrade at no charge , then I call the hertz car rental but they refuse to fix it"
