Claimant says:
"I ordered two toilets several months ago and am very unhappy with them. I bought them
online and had Home Depot plumbers install them. The reason I picked this model was because
my husband kept clogging the toilets. I had to call Roto Rooter to unclog and the plumber
suggested I buy the American Standard Champion toilets to avoid further clogs. However, the
toilets are still getting clogged and I do not wish to keep them. I would rather have toilets that
flush better and clean the toilet better. I believe Glacier Bay toilets are better and I would like
them instead. The above toilets were purchased on 12/04/13 and the charge was $423.72.
The plumbers charged $478.00. Now, one toilet is leaking from the bottom and was never
sealed."
