"Nick Roberts came and pushy salesman about replacing our siding led us to believe we were getting a deal but we had to sign contract that very day in order to get same deal. My husband and I said on one condition that we could finance at least half the balance. The ONLY phone conversation I had W Mr. Roberts was one time he was having trouble financing . So I told him we did NOT want it,then. Meantime they called continously I would not answer their calls. Home Fix Corp. seeked judgement#GVO~9026789 against myself and husband March 5th,2010 they won cause lied under oath Nick. Meantime my husband and I seperated over it.I lost my mothers house I lived in since 1958 moved up to Cross Junction,Va.renting a house. I finally found a permnanent residence to have the 18 thousand dollars I paid them ) worth of siding delivered. their claim in court was they could not sell it to anyone cause it was an unusual color. I called Mr.Roberts this past spring to have it delivered to my girls BF house. He informed me he could not find it Nick. So I said then I want a store credit. Nick refused me cussed me out.   • I forgot to mention Mr. Roberts lied under oath to the judge that it was a verbal contract. He claims w myself. As I stated earlier on I only answered one call from the Home Fix or Nick.
