Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"This company does terrible work and overcharges customer. Since they charge you credit card at time of service you can not object to pricing. They do not return telephone calls. I have contacted my credit card company and must contact them again they have charged me additional $25.00 for canceled service although I told them by telephone that they could refund the $100.00 icharge that was not approved my me or cancel the service 10 days before the next cleaning.

It is my understanding, from one of the ladies who works for them that for six months they do not cut of pay social security taxes.

Their sister company, Sharper Image Turf Care. a lawn service does the same thing - they overcharge customer."

"What does this company do? Why was their work not satisfactory? Can you attach photos or do you have a log of how much time they spent or the work they did?"

"She can't provide that information to you, because everything was done higher than the expectations required. The service was done outstanding, but in fact she did not want to pay what was required once the work was done. She wanted a 3-4 hour service done for free, and once she was charged accordingly, she disputed it. If there was a problem, there would have already been a response stating what was done wrong or photos of the problems, but since there were not any, there is nothing to say."

    There is no resolution w/Hoover Maids other than not to do business with them. I had a diamond ring "disappear" while they were cleaning my house, and as mentioned in this complaint. Management will not return calls or discuss.. BEWARE
