Claimant says:
"NR Utilities, Inc. was on my property December 11, 2016 using a huge machine to put fiber for internet under the ground. They were hired by AT&T Gigapower. I asked the workers how they could come on my property without my permission and just start digging up my property. I was told because they were a utility company as long as they were operating five yards near a utility pole they were within their rights. I am very unhappy with this company because they promised me and the police officers present that they would leave my property the same way it was before they started digging under and on top of the property. NR Utilities left a loud orange tube sticking three feet out of the ground, two one foot areas without grass where they were drilling, and a three feet area without grass around the box they left on top of the ground."
