"My complaint is with Ihop.com for not refudning me my money when I ordered online at the wrong location. I will admit that it was my fault for allowing the order to go through to a restaurant in another city but it is their fault for not sending me my refund when I obviously didn't get that food."

  • 12-29-2017 — Date of the order
  • 01-02-2018 — The day I talked to the Ihop csr about my complaint. And then the manager at the local restaurant claimed to have refunded the money but didn't.
  • 02-05-2018 — Is around the time I talked to another csr with no luck again for my refund.
  • 03-20-2018 — Still no answer for the money they stole from me!
  • 05-28-2018 — After nearly half a year the restaurant only gave me my 15 bucks back after constantly lying about sending it. Ihop.com has yet to offer me anything but I am still waiting. I don't plan on taking this claim down until they answer and even then I will continue to let the world know how racist and disrespectful these people have been to me..
