Claimant says:
"The concrete work Patio to be installed in my back yard was mostly completed in the End of October 2011. Except for clean up and rough grading. I have been patient due to rain and the ground being muddy. Then after several calls and being told I was being placed on their schedule some came out and tried to use a rotor tiller to smooth out back yard they pick up some of the gravel left over - but had to contact owner again to come out to do better. Then they attempted to take a bob cat back into my yard and got suck in a rut and screwed up my fence. So it needs to be repaired and the gate had never been put back up needs to be put back up. I have animals that will wander out of fence. I have been getting contacted by my homeowner's association about how bad my yard looks. I would just like to get this completed in a workman's like quality and quickly. I do believe I have been patient long enough.
I would also like to know if it is common practice not to seal a patio when it is poured - it was not specifically specified in the contact - but I had assumed it would be done. But I was told different by the owner and he had also told me he had made a mistake in under bidding the job - he did not ask for more money but I will have to seal the concrete myself or pay more to have it completed."
