Claimant says:
"I entered into an agreement with Integirty Landscape & Lawn Maintenance to provide twice monthly mowing & clean-up of my yard, with a promise to provide me with advice on fertilizing, pruning, etc. All they did was mow, blow & go in my front yard & used a weed eater instead of a mower in the back, which cut it so short that I had to resod it twice. Since I sometimes was not home when they came, I repeadedly contacted their mother/manager about my concerns, but nothing changed. As of the first of this year, they never went into my back yard at all & charged me an exhorbatant fee for oak leaf removal in the front, which didn't include cleaning the leaves out of the jasmine beds. When I was home when they came, they didn't bother to ring my dorrbell & communicate with me about what I needed to have done. Since I am an elderly widow, I feel I have been taken advantage of by Integrity Landscape & Lawn."
