Claimant says:
"Took our car in for a routine oil change. Technician, some how, damaged the brake line. Said nothing to us upon returning our car, as we drove away from building the brake pedal went COMPLETELY to the floor.
The brakes were FINE when we turned it over to them for a simple oil change but within 20 minutes of them "working on it" We had NO brakes! Had to have the service garage next to Jiffy Lube fix them.......6 days and $350 later we got our car back. not even so much as an apology from any one at Jiffy Lube.

Please let people know this can happen to them!!! we are so fortunate more serious harm did not come to us as a result of no brakes!"
