The cause of the problem is very well known. IT'S OIL OVERFLOW AND JIFFY LUBE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS HORRIBLE MISTAKE. THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PUT MY SON IN DANGEROUS SITUATION. I DID FOUND ON INTERNET COUPLE OF WEB SIDES, WHICH DEDICATED TO JIFFY LUBE VICTIMS, WHERE THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS - VICTIMS OF JIFFY LUBE ALL OVER THE COUNTRY, PUTTING THEIR COMMENTS. ( JIFFY LUBE - ALMOST ALWAYS RIGHT AND THEY DO EXCELLENT JOB ), THAT WHAT THEY WERE SAID ABOUT THEM SELF, BUT CUSTOMERS SAYING DIFFERENTLY.I DID READ THE COMMENT FROM JIFFY LUBE WORKER, WHO SAID, WHO CARES ABOUT YOUR CAR? WE HAVE MINIMAL WAGES HERE, WE ARE WORKING LIKE WE WORKING FOR COMPENSATION WE GET, IF YOU NOT GOING TO BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE NEXT TIME, SOMEBODY ELSE WILL, IT;S PLENTY OF PEOPLE AROUND.
WELL!!! NOTHING CHANGED. Jiffy Lube THINKS, THAT IT'S FINE TO PUT PEOPLE IN DANGER. BECAUSE OF THIS CAR FIRE, MY SON COULD NOT SLEEP NORMALLY, HE ALSO NOT GOING TO TAKE CLASSES FOR HIS MS DEGREE THIS SEMESTER, HE DID REGISTER IN THE BEGINNING OF JANUARY 2012, BUT AFTER THE CAR FIRE ASK SCHOOL TO TAKE A BREAK, UNTIL NEXT SEMESTER. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STRESS HE HAD AFTER THE FIRE. HE WENT TO THE DOCTOR WITH THIS PROBLEM, HE HAS A LOT OF HEADACHES NOW. WHAT SHOULD WE DO NOW???I'LL PUT COMMENTS ABOUT THIS "LOVELY" JIFFY LUBE, ALL OVER INTERNET, I DID SOME OFF THIS ALREADY. I did file a claim with BBB. I have respond from JIFFY LUBE. " Thank you for contacting us with the customer's feedback. We received this complaint on February 20, 2011 and case 605618 was initiated on their behalf. We took the liberty of sending the case M.C. LLC, The franchise which owns and operates, Jiffy Lube Service Center 1347 where the customer visited on or around January 25, 2012 for processing. We were advised by M. C. LLC that the claim was referred to their insurance company for investigation and the customer has been non-responsive to M.C. LLC follow-up calls regarding this complaint: however, we will resend the customer's additional concerns to M.C. LLC, regarding this complaint to see if they will re-evaluate this complaint. Please allow 24 to 72 business hours to receive an update. Thanks in Advance. Jiffy Lube Customer Service." Customerservice@jiffylube.com or call 1-800-344-6933 My answer: You guys, saying, that my son was not responsive to calls from district manager. He had enough stress with this matter, and does not want deal with you ever again. We- his parents wants you to compensate our son, for what you did to his mental state. It's APRIL already, he still under stress and can't sleep normally, has headaches pretty often. He went to see a doctor and discuss this problem. Again he lost semester in college. You saying my son was not responsive to your calls. After I got this info. I was trying to contact you. 3 days ago I called to Jiffy Lube store #1347, manager wasn't here. 2 days ago I called store again, manager was at the meeting and not available to take my call. Yesterday, after I called 3 times, finally spoke to store manager- Randy, he gave the CORPORATE OFFICE phone # 1 714 444-4949, what do you think- this number no longer in service. I called to store again, they hang up on me. I called again, spoke to Randy, he told me that, it's only # they have for CORPORATE OFFICE. RANDY told me, that the second store manager, who wasn't available, going to call me, because he might know another phone#. Today I did call customer service 1800 344-6933, wait for operator to answer for 43 min. She told me, that DISTRICT MANAGER going to call me, at my home PHONE NUMBER. Will see.
