Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I am one of the founders and owners of Z-Band, Inc. in Carlisle, PA. We sold $13,325.00 worth of TV distribution equipment to John R. Rupp on 2/15/2013 (our invoice # 206) for use in his new Saint Paul Athletic Club. To our knowledge he has been using our equipment on a daily basis. My accounting office, my local Manufacturers Rep., and myself have been pursuing payment for the last number of months (our terms are net 30) to no avail. We've tried contacting Mr. Rupp personally at his office in the local hotel (tel. # 651-280-4120), talked with his accounts payable lady, Debbie Burgwald, (tel. # 651-261-7897), talked with the property manager, Bill Schmitt at Commonwealth Properties, and even talked with the SPAC Fitness Mgr, Jill Winegar (651-291-7722)--all to no avail. We have been stone walled by Mr. Rupp and ask for your help. We've even considered going to his two banks in the city to pursue customer relations complaints, and the State's Commerce to seek help.

Please feel free to contact me directly. Thank you in advance for your service.

Sincerely,

Richard V. Snyder
