Claimant says:
"I entered a contract with Key Debt Services and they were to assist me in negotiating debt settlement on several Credit Card debt. I agreed to pay 15% of the total debt for them to negotiate with the different credit card companies for a reduced payment . They actually did negotiate one small account , settleing for approximately $900 on a $2000 debt. They actually collected a litle over $6200. from me and set up two accounts on a payment plan for the full amount due on the account.. I was not able to contact them again after they took their full pay.

I did settle on my own two of the Cards at 40% of the original amount due. I have had no contact with them for about a year. I did receive a voice mail prompt, but never received any answer to the calls I made. I feel I should recoup about $5000. of the amount they charged me since they did very little for me as promised in the contract."
