Claimant says:
"In April 2012 I purchased a Huskvarna riding mower from Lambert Feed Co. which did not function properly at all. I took it back to them 5 times for them to "modify" the mower, none of their attempts fixed it, in fact each attempt to fix the problem only made it worse. When using the mower it would leave two strips of grass uncut at the places where the blades overlapped.

I finally took the mower back and told them I wanted a full refund. They said they would do so and sent the mower back to the company. Now they refuse to refund my money and they have the mower. I have made numerous phone calls and at least 12 trips to Oroville (a 38 mile round trip) with no satisfaction. The owner, Cindy Lambert, tells me that she is not responsible. She says that Huskvarna is responsible and should refund my money. Go figure? It was not Huskvarna that sold it to me, it was Lambert Feed. Now they are willing to take no responsiblity at all for resolving the issue.

All I want is my money back so that I can go and purchase another mower that will work."
