Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have not been reimbursed for a $200 loan I gave Ms. Armstead one year ago.

Update 2/9/17

I just want my $200 that Latwanda Armstead borrowed from me December of 2015 so she could buy her then 8 y/o daughter Christmas gifts.

At the time I told her that she could pay me back $20/month for 10 months but I have not received a dime from her."

Have you proposed doing a payment plan? Can the person owing your money do $25 per month for 10 months? asking for $200 up front, she may just not have the money. But they may have $25 per month.
