Claimant says:
"I had a credit of $19 when I closed my account with them. Afterclosing account I had a cretit ballance of $79.00. Then they took an automatic payment out of my bank account and refuse to refund my money."

  • 06-04-2010 — My account with them had a credit of $19.00
  • 06-08-2010 — I called to make sure my account was closed
  • 06-08-2010 — Cancelation went into affect
  • 06-08-2010 — Recieved cancelation credit of $79.00
  • 06-08-2010 — Was sent Billing Invoice for $23.97 Due by June 28th
  • 06-09-2010 — They took anouther automatic payment of $40.67 from my bank account
  • 06-09-2010 — They sent me a check for $16.00 that I have not cashed.
  • 06-14-2010 — I called Liberty mutual for them to correct these problems and they refused!

1. Refund: The $19.00 of credit I had with them on June 4th 2010 when they startedf me on a new contract. My back retrieved the $40.76 for me on 6/24/10 afterwords but it was too late and I allready got an overdraft charge of $33.00 for no other reason then they took the money for the new Unautherized contract from my bank account without permision. I DO ! have paperwork from them showing this. Sep 02, 2010 $150.00
2. Damages: I deserve the same penelty they would have given me, if things were the other way around. That is $1500.00 Sep 02, 2010 $1,350.00
