Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I got a free sample and because I didn't send it back they took the money anyway. I didn't know I had to send it back. I am 53 and don't have money to through around they took half of the money in my account. I think it is a shame that they can do that to older people. the lady that I talked to on the phone talked over me and was rude. She would not tell me her last name. Alma was her first name. I want my money back but I also want them to not catch people with the little game they play. Legal or not it should be stopped."

    I simply cannot believe that in times of common credit card fraud this is even remotely legal. The concept of 'if you don't say you're unhappy you're are giving us a preapproval to charge you hundreds of dollars 5 weeks later ' can't be considered a legal business practice whatever their T&C say. How come they are still in the business? I can't even shopping their product back to them as there are restrictions of shipping liquids into the US.
