"Over a month ago, carpet installed in 3 bedrooms, all were supposed to be the same carpet and same padding. One bedroom is significantly different. Have bee n calling Luna for 4 weeks now with no response. A inspector came out 3 weeks ago and I have called Luna constantly to get an update and no one will return my calls, when I do finally speak to a representative, they say they will have to get back to me and no one does."
