Claimant says:
"On April 3 or 4 of 1995, Maria Joseefa Mittelhauser {then} with the Pettis County Juvenile Office arrived at our home with my spouse's heart medication (and possibly other types & possibly his asthma inhaler as well) Telling me that he would not be needing them. My spouse had been hospitalized twice for heart problems (once locally & once at the Columbia Mo VA). I am not sure who dismissed the need of his heart pills. I view this act of medical deprivation as a murder attempt. Possibly due to the nature of his arrest, she (and others?) were thinking (?) (hoping? wishing? dreaming? planning? plotting?) his death by other inmates. It has long been my understanding that those who abuse or rape children do not survive very long in jail (or prison) and she was giving it her best shot to see to that even if he did survive a sentence behind bars that, without his medication he would die anyway, So either way she would be satisfied with whichever way death occurred, as long as it did occur. 
Well, it's been 23 years. Maybe Maria wasn't counting on him surviving this long. He has had 2 near death heart trauma experiences & the first one was to the extream that while he was gone from the prison in a hospital, his belongings were packed because they all felt that he was "a goner". Also, I might add at this point that if the doctors there & other medical staff had viewed him as a waste of human life, it would have been quite easy for them to let him slip away. They saw the redeeming quality in him whereas Maria & her husband Jeff (then the Pettis County Prosecutor) did not.
Attempted murder. Those pills were not intended to fall into the hands of an abuser as they fell into the hands of Maria. It shouldn't matter that he didn't die without them. What should matter is that there was intent at work there that night.
Before that, Maria was involved with Denise Woolery who took John's daughter off of the school premises & out of the county to have one of their "network" doctors examine her. After that, they returned her to the school where she boarded the school bus as usual & returned home.
I am not at all sure or clear on the "madness" behind such an ignorant maneuver. The 15-year-old had just claimed she was raped 2100 times (2-3 times a day) at that same house, by her father the heart patient on heart pills including Nitroglycerine, yet she liked him well enough, didn't fear him enough to want to plead with Maria to not  make her go back there,to go back in the house where she realized he'd be. She knew he was there before even approaching the house. She knew when the bus pulled over to the bus stop 1/3rd of a block up the street, on our corner - actually touching our property. Because from there our van in the driveway was clearly visible. There's no way she could have not known because she knew I didn't drive. I didn't have a drivers license at that point. I'm not clear on who thought of the idea for her to return to our house. Because she entered the house where a so-called rapist was known to be does not show me anything intelligent, at all. The entire case should have been over with, with that not-so-bright action. It wasn't. I believe an audit of sorts is in order for Sedalia Missouri 65301. Some of these people that have been named have been nothing much more than criminals in church-goer disguises (AKA wolves in sheep's clothing).
Another instance of Maria's impudence occurred when my dad went with me to her office to ask her about a letter that had been received into file that neither my husband or I saw until 1997 when the case was closed at state level. I got a call from the State Defender's office telling me the case was closed and if I wanted the files I could come & get them. I did. I will include a portion of that letter that my husband's ex-wife wrote to Jeff Mittelhauser & Denise Woolery in Oct of 1995 describing her daughter as a sexual deviant. That probably should have been a place in time where more thought should have been given to what they were doing. The State wanted me to realize just how badly that case had been handled. Further, even with that knowledge, they (according to Google) allow the daughter of my husband, to live next door to a preschool. Those are some of the very same people who knew we were contracting a house across the street from Melita Daycare. They knew before the actual contract was signed because we had to notify the caseworker we were assigned to of any new places were took up residency at. Not only for their records to be able to continue their unwanted visits with us but also so any correspondence or payments could be mailed. They knew. So this action of not halting the purchase of that house indicated that my spouse did not have any offenses to his name. If he had, the law there would have been broken by those who allowed it because we were clients & it was their "job" to keep tabs on things like that.
My spouse had NO prior yet was sentenced as a Repeat Offender. This is one fine kettle of fish, no? 
When my dad & I asked Maria about the letter, to her face, in her office, Maria became horribly inflamed & began to scream at us to get out of her office. She was so loud that a co-worker emerged from a back office wondering what was wrong with her. We left peaceably, of course. My dad had finally witnessed with his own eyes what kind of non-person Maria could be when she really applied herself!
Besides all this plus my other claims, I believe this was just another part of the extrajudicial punishments we received from them for my husbands choice of not being an LDS church member any longer. It had become hell-on-Earth & those people were it's "taskmasters"!

  • the daughter of my husband came from this commune & I realized later that there was something wrong with her. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it was. My mom & husband both told me I was just being "territorial" & that it was all in my head. Later, my husband witnessed things, as did my mom who began telling us things after camp-outs or trips to their cabin at the lake or to church or dinners. My husband began to see her like I was seeing her & got her an appointment with Shelly Ossana in Columbia, Mo for Exit Therapy. (Do real rapists actually take their "victims" to therapy?) He did not keep a tight hold on her or keep her from being away from him like an actual abuser would do. This is another thing that went under Maria's radar & whoever else radar too.

    As the image shoes - the commune she came from was a known mind-control cult.
    They were also hateful acting.

  • the 2 demonic images were on the step-daughter's husbands Facebook -- he used them as his profile images

    the name "Nicha" was her brain-wash name given to her at the commune

    I didn't know at the time between 93 & 95 that she was satanically influenced. I only found that out later. If she wasn't influenced then she came up with it by herself (?)

    I could only sense there was something wrong with her. It was her personality. Mean & hateful things she did to our toddler son --

  • we got no warning from her mom about any of this! I had to figure it all out on my own! Pettis County declined to help when we did ask. John called them & they refused her help. That's when he got the info about exit therapy & sat up the first appointment. Before that appointment though, she tried to push me down the stairs & my mom caught her spraying 409 on our salad. My mom was there a lot through the week. On weekends though, not so much.

    In a portion of her deposition, she asked the Defender (Rob Flemming) when they could talk about her breasts. She was not shy & demure & withdrawn in the least.

    The portion of the letter her mom wrote that should have swayed the decision to sentence my husband. This is not a victim in this letter. It is a deviant. This also should be what would keep her from living next to a preschool!

    b) explain himself c) have others answer his messages or explain himself FOR him
    c) do law work as law work is intended to be done!

  • Maria refused John the right of having someone with him for emotional support during the initial questioning, at the Sheriff's Dept. I needed to go along & was told it was a small room, I wouldn't be comfortable & that I couldn't smoke. This furthered our emotional distress, none of which Maria has the capacity as a human being to relate to or understand.
    Between her & Denise Woolery the cocaine dealer's mom & social worker they turned the whole scenario around so it looked like we had done harm to his daughter instead of a known mind-control cult which later was in the news via the pastor Scott Smith who was accused by young females there of some sort of sexual impropriety & ended up trying to use his religion as a basis for his defence of not wanting the surveillance anklet on. John's daughter was one of who, were highly defensive of that pastor and his misdeeds there... defensive of the whole bunch. "Protecting the Hive" comes to mind.
    I woke up somewhat in emotional distress this morning due to the misdeeds of Maria & her cohorts, all in collusion.

  • Those mentioned in Sedalia were said to be SATANIC by another party/person in the past but was harassed & demonized to the point of him taking his report of them down. He was bullied by them. He went PUBLIC with the things he knew about them that are criminal. He was forced to back his claims off, terrorized... They also got a hacker involved to hack sites... they are in some way "gang-related".
