Claimant says:
"we paid 1610 for security deposit and he only returned 570 stating i destroyed his property. I ask hem to do a walk through before we moved out of state and he refused. I have pictures that i took the day we left property showing it was left in good condition. we had a pool with his permission and we sold pool and planted grass seed and left the rest of seed in shed. I feel I am owed the rest I followed everything in lease. We also put new things into his property such as doors, light, closet doors, repainted took out the mold upstairs all with his permission."
