Claimant says:
"I bought a mattress and apparently they sent the wrong one. After sleeping on it one night and discovering it was way too soft, I called the manager to see what could be done about swapping it out. I was told by the manager that TN law wouldn't let them take it back and so I was stuck with it, and I could call my state representive about the law. It was the sales clerk's first day on the job. So I am out $420.00. I then went to another mattress dealer and bought a firmer mattress and had them haul the soft one away. I will never buy anything else from Mattress Firm."

  • There is no record of a Eugene King that has ever bought from this store and you may have purchased from another mattress store retailer. There are King's that have purchased from this store but none of them have a first name of Eugene and the last bed purchased by a King was in May 2012. It was there 2nd purchase here. We always take care of our customers.

  • I have a cancelled check to prove the purchase. My son ,Jason, also bought a bed set on the same date. If you have never heard of me, then why did you cash my check for 420 dollars???
