Claimant says:
"On March 12th, my husband and I took a trip to San Diego, Calif. We used Medsource's equipment for my husbands oxygen. I was told it would cost $75.00 a week. We came back on March 21st. I called Medsource to let them know they could pick up their oxygen. They didn't pick it up until later the next week. I got charged $168.00. When I called them, "Mel" informed me that I had the option of bringing it into their office. Nothing like telling me "after the fact". He was very rude and I got the impression I was of no consequence to him. What a way to do business. My husband and I are on a fixed income and that really hurt us."
