Claimant says:
"I went on line to booking buddy to reserve a room that nite for that nite but didnt need it nnow so I canceled it 1 hour later and thought everything was ok but when I got my bank statement there was a charge for $220.38 taken out of my acct so I called the Munras Inn talked to a man he was very rude and said there was no mistake so I called booking buddy and he tried to call the gentleman and he said that he was very rude to him as well told me to contact my bank so I did did not get anywhere with that he told them that it was a no show, but his policy states 48 hr cancellation I reserved it 7/25/2016 I canceled it 7/25/2016 he said he held the room for me but how could if in 1hr it was back to him and that was his policy all I want is my $220.38 back how can he do this and get away with it"

  • how could of I canceled 48 hr when there was only 1 hr after I booked the reservation and there was no agreement on cancellation and guarantee policy tour fee,. the fact is that I canceled the same nite I booked so the room was never used so how could you say it was a no show knowing I canceled it the same nite your policy read a full refund if canceled in a timely.

I booked a rm on 7/27/2016 and cancelled on 7/27/2016 just want my money back did not use your room
