Claimant says:
"I signed a contract with My Home LLC on March 14, 2014 for some replacement windows and radiant barrier to be installed in my attic. The contract was for $7500.00. I gave them $750.00 that day and $3.427.00 on March 24 so they could order the windows. The installation date was supposed to be at the end of April. The salesman was Richard Ferrante with a cell number of 828-291-5487. The contract lists the company name as My Home LLC with an address of 410 A East Front Street, Statesville, NC 28677 and a phone number of 828-320-3277. He will not return my calls from his phone or the office phone. At this point, I want a refund in the amount of $2000.00"

  • The salesman's correct name is Richard Farrant. He purposely misspelled his name so I couldn't find him easily but I found him on Twitter. He lives in Hickory, NC. He's the one that took my check and cashed it at my bank. He will not return any of my calls and the office number for My Home will not return calls either.
