"I would like to file a complaint against Nashville Electric Services they have billed me over $200 electrical service when I'm only running lights and appliances. I have gone down to discuss this issue with them they ignored all my documentation. None of my payments appeared on the document. Where do I go to have some leverage or I have a neutral party to help. They are taking advantage of me. Where do I get help?"

    A detailed monthly statement should be provided to Mr. McKie explaining the amount due for all future months and for the past twelve months. Any amount overbilled should be credited to future billing periods.
