"BuildTechz Construction contracted with Nervin Fuentes and Loren Yarithza Argueta Colato with Whiteline Construction LLC on 4/16/2024 to complete a home renovation located at 3416 Charleston Houston, Texas 77021 in the amount of $88,000.00.

The Scope:
SPECIFICALLY INCLUDED PER PLANS DATED
The Total Estimate Shown Below Is Based on Supplying Insurance, Labor, And Supervision:
- Demo Metal Frame
- Re-Frame Wood
- Electrical Work, Run Cable, Install Lights, Fans,
- Pluming Run waterlines, Install Water heater,
- Drywall, Tape Float, Texture,
- Paint, Walls Ceilings
- Install Flooring Labor Only
- Install Cabinets Labor only
- Install Baseboard
- Install Doors
- Dumpster
- Install Countertop labor only
- Final Cleaning

Note All the Prices Above are For Labor & Materials
Note Not Including Finish Material, Tub, toilet, Canities, Mirrors
SPECIFICALLY, EXCLUDED:
- Spray foam insulation
- Sprinkler head covers and or protection provided by others
- Fire Proofing of any type
- Temporary barricades of any type including all corner guards
- Temporary heat of any type
- Any work outside of the scope described above
- Any deviation from the drawings supplied
The payment schedule as follows:
$22,000 Initial deposit
$38,000 1/3 of project completion
$28,000 to be paid upon completion
Total $88,000

The project was delayed due to the homeowner having an outside vendor complete other items. Mr. Fuentes was asked to return to the property the first week of September 2024; however, he returned the first week of October 2024, stating his crews were placed on other projects. When he returned, he worked a couple of days and never returned. Out of the $38,000 second draw Mr. Fuentes received from BuildTechz Construction, Mr. Fuentes only completed around 21% of that phase's repairs, which is around $8,000.00. Mr. Fuentes agreed to refund BuildTechz per a payment schedule ( $6,000 beginning the first week of November 2024, then $8,000 monthly until paid); however, he has not made the first payment towards the agreement nor have we been able to reach him. We are demanding that Mr. Fuentes refund BuildTechz Construction $30,000 for work he did not complete."
