"On March 21,2012 I went to Nevada Dental Associates at 8445 W. Flamingo Rd Las Vegas NV 89147 for a tooth problem. I Paid $ 44.40 for the one tooth xray. I was then sent by Tina Brandon to a specialist, Behzad Garagozloo, Endodontist at 1215 S Fort Apache Rd #230 Las Vages NV 89117 for a clear understanding of tooth 19 and 20 to see if a root canal was needed. Tooth 20 has a root canal, tooth 19 dosen't. Paid another $165.00 for the xrays and examination. I was instructed by Mr Garagozloo to rinse with Chlorhexidine Gluconte 0.12Oral Rinse. He stated he couldn't find anything wrong with tooth 19 or 20 and that food particals my be caught between the cap and tooth 19. Also, if the pain continues I should probably change the cap for a better fitting one. I took this information back to Tina Brandon and was schedued for dental care on April 30, 2012. Ms Brandon changed the cap on tooth 20, the tooth that had a root canal already and no nerve ending were exposed that might cause pain. That cost me another $836.00 and $15.00 for antibiotics. Now two weeks later the same tooth is painful. I went back to Tina Brandon at Nevada Dental Associates and was instructed to see another dentist Daniel Shalev DDS LTD at 2510 Wigwam PKWY STE 200 Henderson, NV 89074 and was charged another $150.00 for xrays and examination. He's conclusion was "I don't see anything wrong with tooth 20." It may be best to remove the cap, clean the tooth and put a better fitting cap on the tooth. My total cost for a painful tooth which I still have was $ 1219.40. I came to the Nevada Dental Associates because of the pain I am experiencing. I paid $1219.40 and still have the pain in the same tooth.. This just isn't right. I need the help of a good and fair dentist."
