Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"They charged me twice for my order, they haven't answered their phone for 2 days. Talked to someone on the 8th about my problem, and would not listen to me about my problem, then she charged me a second time. This is not a FAIR company ! My only recourse is to put stop payments on these two pmts. Hoping you can help ? Thank you, Barbara Hale"

  • This is a company that is just thriving on cheating their customers.....in fact they still don't answer the phone. I do not have the funds to go any further with this claim (guess they thrive on people like me)....very unfair company !

  • I was also ripped off by these people. At the end of Jan. 2017, I ordered the Nexacell, along with Adaptive Eye Complex. I was told that while they sell together, they are from different companies. The order entry lady warned me that they only give you a 14 day trial and that it starts when they send it not when you get it. She gave me a number to call  to get an extension.

    I did not receive the products until 7 and 10 days after I placed the order so this was very good information to have. I called as I received them and got an extension to make my trial a full month. I wrote the date they gave me down and called the day before to cancel and get a return address. To be truthful, I had only used the products sporadically because my husband had been in the hospital twice that month. When I called I got a very friendly man on the phone, who through very heavy persuasion, got me to extend my trials until March 24th. I wrote this in my daytimer. 

    On March 23rd I was charged and when I called to complain I got a very unfriendly women who told me that I had not called in time and that all sales are final. I called both numbers from my credit card account and the one I used previously. All three calls the people were rude and kept saying all sales are final and they didn't have the ability to give me my money back.

    What should I do now? Call VISA?

  • I found out that I was charged twice for the hipping of the free trial offer , although I claimed only one > and I am not willing to buy the product > This is cheating and deceiving .

  • Does it help the client B.H. to know that as of 13 Feb 2017 the same PO Box is being used for "DermaVe Cream"? 1-888-979-6728. My acct was closed with a 50% refund. I talked to a person on 11 Feb 2017. They tried to say that the charge was legit because I didn't cancel within 14 days. There is a "Rose" and "Eesha" at this number, but you must hold on for hours. Deceptive trade practices, unapproved charges, and no 100% satisfaction guarantee.
