"I purchased a heating air conditioner unit from them in August of 2013 It had a one year parts and labor and 5 year warrantee on the compressor. Early in January I found out that the unit was not delivering heat. They came on 1/9 and said the there was a problem. The unit was removed and returned yesterday 2/27. The unit is still not working properly. I would like to have a unit that works. I believe that the length of time this has taken is unacceptable"

  • I would think they should extend my warrantee for at least until the end of 2014. I also found it necessary to by a heather which cost $65.01 and woule appreciate reimbursement for that.
