Claimant says:
"I check my bank statement everyday. Today, Oct.15, 2016, I noticed a charge on my account for $89. 72 for a slim detox and diet pure of $89.87; which I did not order. This charge is from "Direct Marketing-Continuity/Subscription Merchants; which is collecting for “Organic Fulfillments, LLC”. I phone the number 1-877-603-3159, located on my bank statement. The “Direct Marketing-Continuity/Subscription Merchants, Representative by the name “ Johnathan” insist that I had placed an ordered of two products; which I responded that I did not. I asked the representative to reverse the charges. But he said the he could only reverse 50%; which would be $44.93 of the $89.72, and $44.86 of the 89. 87 charges on my credit card. I explain that I did not make any charges on my card with Organic Fulfillments, LLC. This is an outrage and Organic Fulfillments should be liable to refund the amounts “ $89.87 plus $89.72 back to me. Nevertheless, Organic Fulfillments, LLC has fraudulently credit my banking account. Therefore, I am going to have to file a fraudulently compliant with my bank."

  • I am sorry you are going through this. I,too, have been getting monthly supplements I did not agree to. I made a complaint and asked Organic Filfillments to discontinue my automatic renewal. The gentleman I talked to gave me a phone number in California to call to make this request. I never was able to talk to a person directly so I left my request and the information. I never heard a response and they kept sending and Billing through the holidays. Two weeks ago I sought help through my bank and today returned to the bank with the information I needed. In the past two weeks however Organic Fulfillments sent me another bottle of supplements and credited my account. Today the banker called them and I finally spoke to a woman named Becky who said she would stop the automatic renewal on both bottles of supplements ("pure" garcinia and the detox), gave me confirmation numbers of the stop renewal and also said I would be issued refunds for February's supplements I just received. I have 3 months of supplements still in their UPS shipping package but when I asked her about returning all of them and getting a refund for the 3 months worth of supplements she, Becky, said "we do not have a return policy". What legitimate company does not have a return policy? Becky said I would be getting a refund within thirty days. My banker who helped me today cautioned me not to wait 30 days. Rather, give it 8-10 days as it should not take that long to issue a refund check. If I have not received the refund we will put into place the cancellation of the automatic renewal. But he said that would also involve canceling my debit card and re-issuing a new one but at least I will have put "the stop" on another credit while they are in the process of issuing my refund.
