Claimant says:
"I withdrew from Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) in San Antonio, Texas in November, 2016. I transferred to another university. I have called, emailed, and left messages at OLLU dozens of times since November, 2016. My calls and emails have gone unanswered. I am close to being dropped by my current university because OLLU will NOT complete a simple process of cancelling my pending loan through FASFA. This means that I cannot get funding, or student loans, to continue my education. I have been enrolled since January 2017 at a different university and will be dropped by them and lose all of the hard work and TIME that I have expended on my current class. I cannot get ANY help from anyone at OLLU. Please help me!! Thank you."

    Assuming there are no other relevant facts in this case, OLLU appears to be acting irresponsibly and with no regard for the claimants situation. I would advise the claimant to contact FASFA and see if there is a procedure to cancel the loan from that More...
